Returns & Replacements

Each piece from Flourish Love Shop is made just for you, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the item along with your order details to help us address the issue promptly.

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you if the issue was caused during production or fulfillment.

Damages & Issues

We encourage you to examine your order upon arrival. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately so we can promptly address the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
