Each piece from Flourish Love Shop is made just for you, which means our return policy is that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the item along with your order details to help us address the issue promptly.
Once we review your request, we’ll gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you if production or fulfillment caused the issue.
Damages & Issues
